wow! Did they clear some areas around fulton street?

It appears like this is located near that parking garage.

It's 267m tall, 76 stories of primarily luxury rental housing, being built here right at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge. (You can see the lot being prepared for construction in the current imagery.) Needless to say, it's a very congested area.

At one point during construction, they thought that they were going to have to reduce its height to 50 stories or so, because of financing issues. Unfortunately, that didn't happen..

One 'better' idea: Lets them start one tower then get it that the ground is not that good to keep two towers. It would probably look like the Strasburg Munster
