Impressive stone carvings on this temple at Kanchipuram, close to Chennai (Madras).

These are the modern cement mouldings on the main south east gopuram of the Kamatchi Amman Temple (Kamatchi is the Enamoured one, full of love for Lord Shiva). It seems the picture was taken inside the temple 12°50'26.00"N and 79°42'11.87"E.
