Impressive coast-scenery. There are many peope, Was there a sightseeing-tour?
This one is the winner Peter the composition captures the nature of these tiny coastal communities, filled with summer strollers perfectly. .
It was only 18 years ago, but the clothes, styles and shopping bags look so 60s and 70s.
I enjoyed the Cornish set very much Peter nice one.
I had the same impression when I loaded this picture; people enjoying the visit to a picturesque coastal village on a nice summer’s day, and some taking a walk high on the cliffs.
Above Gernot asks if it was a sightseeing tour and I can understand why, but the car park was be full of family cars. The same happens these days, but I think I must be getting old because the picture reminds me of the old Bank Holidays when everyone used to shoot down to the coast and the huge delays on the motorways!
Best Wishes Peter
Hope you are well!
As I have mentioned to Jethro above all the people seemed to be families using their own cars. It is one of the many Cornish villages that attract many visitors in the summer months.
All the best Peter
Those were the days..... sitting behind caravans on narrow coastal roads, bad motorway services and when you got there it was closed, full, raining or too expensive (delete as applicable).
I am glad its all changed for the better...... hasn't it?
:o) I think we're both getting on a tad!
