About two kilometers across the strait from Mull at Fionnphort (finofort if you're not a Scot.) The Isle of Iona is the location of the earliest introduction of Christianity to Scotland, brought by Saint Columba from Ireland.

The chapel and burial ground of the MacDonald clan lies on the site.

Thanks for the kind comment. We really enjoyed the place, the sense of story about the people who'd been there. It's more scaled to people than some churches and I liked that.
