Very neat perspective, and a nice observation! I notice this lot of photos are from Whitby Abbey, like the photos you uploaded a couple weeks ago. Did you carry both cameras along for the same visit?

skida on April 11, 2010

That's right Kevin. The digital ones were uploaded as soon as I got back, but I had to wait to get the film developed for these ones.

Thanks for the kind words.

Wonderful framing here, Keith! You make me want to return to Whitby for a longer visit.

skida on July 19, 2010

Thanks Marilyn and British and sorry for the tardiness of my reply which is due to an accident on my bike resulting in a week in hospital and a plaster on each arm. I will look out for the book, British.

Thanks again, Keith

Hello Mr skida, this is an excellent view of the ruins such beautiful architecture. It is only sad that the probably cathedral is in the ruins. The architecture always impresses me because of talent and skills of architects of that time. Thank you for sharing. Greetings from Poland. George.

skida on October 24, 2010

Many thanks for you comment GeorgeM. The standard of craftsmanship, is even more impressive than the photo shows and I tried to show a little of it.

Regards, Keith
