hmm, let me say a thing between this. Certainty no rapid one. It's on step higher than an intra-city-train. The radius is about 50..200 km and it stops at all bigger stations. In opposite rapid-trains will stop only in cities. Thats here the InterCityExpress. See here this one or this too
