Dear Argenna, I've observed that yesterday you have posted a comment of appreciation and liking to all participants of the NPC and from this I see a lots of cross-commenting. All this is not really in line with the spirit of the NPC which is linked into the opening message and for your convenience reported herebelow:

Spirit of the NPC:

Since this is a user-run, NO PRIZE contest, all entrants are expected to play honourably and respect their fellow entrants at all times.

You must not vote for your own entry, or specifically play favourites with friends or countrymen, or enter/vote using additional user names.

You must not campaign for votes on any entries, either your own or those of others. Certainly, that means NO SPAM messages requesting votes. Also, commenting on photos before the end of voting, might be considered as hoping to bias the vote in your favour, so you are advised to save the compliments until the end of the game. If you break the spirit of this contest your entry will be removed.

Now we are already in the voting period and removing an entry has no sense, but please remind that for the next contest. Kind regards and good luck. Andrea Allasio - NPC MM.

Dear Mr. Andrea Allasio, you're right. When I commented I had not thought about it. In fact, I watched to all the pictures, I liked it very much and I felt the need to assess, but without intent to influence someone. I attend rarely, when I have some free time and now I had some time to watch in detail. I prefer, with your permission, to withdraw this photo from the competition . I do not want to give the impression that I do it to influence the participants. There are 84 photos , will remain 83. That would not affect the number of images that would be voted, which still remains the number 9. I wait a response from you, because you are the moderator of this edition.

With friendship, Argenna.

Dear Argenna, thank you for the explanation. As I said there is no need of withdrawing the picture. It is better to have someone understanding that and working for getting an overall good spirit among the participants of the next NPCs. Greetings. Andrea

Dear Mr. Andrea Allasio, I would not want to seem too pushy, but I would prefer to retire the photo, with your permission. Some of the participants are old friends and I would not like they believe that I have praised the pictures to influence their opinion. That's why I avoided to make wishes for NPC.

Sincere greetings, Argenna.

Dear Argenna, there are good arguments for not withdrawing your picture and furthermore I know that your comments didn't influence their opinion, just checking the preliminary ranking. Your old panoramio friends, some of them are mine as well, will understand and everyone will work for maintaining a good spirit in the next NPCs. I'll reply to your comment on my picture only after that voting is concluded. Friendly. Andrea

Thanks for the reply, Mr. Andrea Allasio, but if I do not misplacing things with voting machine , I still would like to retire it .

Dear Argenna, someone has voted your picture even before of your comments, therefore the picture should stay. Don't worry. Greetings. Andrea
