Obviously you were near Kamari at least 1km south of the airport area, and that is where your photo icon should be. You have indicated a position on the other side of the airport and 3km from where you were. It looks like you were high, probably in a plane, so the exact position is hard to gauge. Near the town of Kamari is good enough.
Wherever you move the icon in the Panoramio interface, we get the message "This position has already been corrected." Don't believe it! The program does not see if the position is correct or not.
So how do I know where you were? I used the ruler in Google Earth to draw a line from the white buildings (top of picture) through the position of the aircraft (center) and across the roads (bottom). The line intersects Kamari.
