It´s a nice picture but the legend is wrong. That zone of Lima is not sand, but rocks and earth (that´s why you see vegetation). Also, it located in Miraflores and not "near Higuereta" as stated. Sorry, but it´s not good to mislead people

Yes, I know. It can not be sand. If it really is, the city would not last a minute...But it looked like that in my eyes....No intent to mislead anyone...About the location, the pointer is near Miraflores, but the name "Higuereta" was given automatically by Panoramio...

Si el nombre "Higuereta" fue puesto por panoramio hay mucho que corregir en el software o en la base de datos. Si la ciudad se veía como arena habría que haber puesto comillas en arena y poner un comentario al respecto.
