Golden Rock Dive Center

Description

While many islands say they have diving and can offer wrecks, walls, or reefs, St. Eustatius (Statia) has it all and more. Known for its marine diversity there are more types of dive sites with different marine life than you can find anywhere in the region. Not to mention the quality and quantity of creatures you will see, if it lives in this part of the world you will likely see it there. Commonly you will come across Turtles, Sharks, Sting Rays, and all the normal Caribbean fish. Some of the more interesting inhabitants like Sail fin Blennies, Frog Fish, and the elusive Flying Gurnard are all common in Statia’s waters. The wrecks are especially interesting with historical sites like Double Wreck and Sting Ray or modern ones such as Wreck City or Charley Brown at over 300ft or 100m long. If you are a diver who wants to see it all Statia is the place for you and Golden Rock Divers is the people you need to talk to. Owners Glenn & Michele Faires are focused on customer satisfaction. Nothing pleases them more than sharing the amazing diving and small island charm they have found on Statia. Flexible dive schedules and dive site selections are some examples of the commitment to guests fulfillment that filters through the entire operation. The multilingual dive staff are very knowledgeable as to the needs of both the individual and group diver. Open since 1995 a PADI Gold Palm Resort and National Geographic Dive Center.
