Thanks uni*! The little joke though is that the boats are all named 'The Captain's Lady'! and they range from small (I), medium (II) , to large (III) ! (and a smaller tender boat is 'The Captain's Mistress', lol!)

You have such great sunset shots... this is one of my favorites. Beth

Thanks so much Beth - I really appreciate that! And whenever I see one of the shots I took that night, I can't believe how close I came to turning around and going home when I thought the clouds would prevent a good sunset and a view of the planet alignment.

Unbelievable. Thank you :)

Hi Erik! Thanks very much! It was a really amazing spring evening at the coast. Perfect temperature, no one around, and the only real noise was a bull seal bellowing nearby. So it's interesting that the evening's rather ethereal photos really portray the uniqueness.

Now fess up, did you pay the skippers to turn the lights on for you?

kamalyn on March 20, 2011

Hi Guy - Nope! They turned on the lights to see who was skulking around in the dark..... (lol, I just realized why you commented on this one out of the blue!)

Thanks very much Toni! Greetings from Boston :)
