I photographed these overgrown railway tracks from the car park at Grand Canyon Airport (GCN) on 21st March 1988. This was a branch line of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe to the south rim of the Grand Canyon, first opened in 1901. It was closed in 1979, but has been reopened since as a tourist attraction.
