This frontage of multifamily apartment is amazing, Danish architecture is really a subject of interest for photography. Very well.

It's actually a dorm for students. The inside is rather interesting, too. There are bare concrete walls and floors. Very modern. As far as I understand, the waiting list is rahter long... :-)

Which student wouldn't like to have a housing in this building? Do you know which is the architect who conceived it?

Lui Brandt, on July 24, 2007, said:

The architects are Boje Lundgaard & Lene Tranberg of Lundgaard & Tranberg. As I understand it, Boje Lundgaard died while working on it. They have won several awards for the building.

That is really a beautiful building.

...and as you probably guessed, the next picture with the "boxes" is the inside of the building. :-)

It would be super to see l interior of a housing, the gangways, the staircases... And what does one see one of the rooms?

Lui Brandt, on July 25, 2007, said:

I guess I'll have to go back sometime. I didn't take any pictures of the interior. I was there a saturday evening, and it would probably look better without all the partying people... ;-)

I tried searching google for pictures of the interior, but all I found was this: http://www.tietgenkollegiet.dk/Lejemål.aspx?ID=5

I have to agree with David B, the architecture is quite an amazing. A fantastic student dorm facility to live in. I would love to be living there myself. It looks fantastic.

Love the angled you used as well for this photo! It really shows off the building nicely! Superb!

Retrocool, there is probably something or other, you could study in Copenhagen. Then you could take the pictures of the interior of the building.. ;-)
