Hi David - Thanks!! And even less than a month later, this scene looks quite different. Almost time for a new installment of the shot!

It reminds me of the marsh loop-way in the bird sanctuary at Potters Marsh, Anchorage, Alaska during Spring and Summer. It looks a lot like this. I was mistaken first. Beautiful picture! You can check photo ID 6921574 by Alex and Ju.

You want to be careful when looking through the view finder not to step off the walkway.

Yikes. No idea how I've missed all these comments over the past few months!

LOL, Joel - sure no mountains that that around here! But boardwalks through the marsh are sure great. There must be amazing sights at the Alaska locations. Very belated Thanks for visiting!

Thanks JB - it does get tricky sometimes, especially when just watching some uncommon bird flying in...

I'm very late in replying, but many thanks to you for the comment and the Like zanot10!

And thanks so much to you Erik for all of your quite kind comments!

Très joli !

Merci jerome! J'avais espéré prendre une série de ce point de vue à travers les saisons, mais en été, les quenouilles (joncs) est devenu si grand, et l'eau à sec, il n'y avait donc pas de vue!

for those without gTranslate: I had hoped to take a series of this view through the seasons, but in summer the cattails (bulrushes) grew so tall, and the water dried up, so there was no view!
