I bet if they had a Geiger counter they would run like hell far away from this dome of death. What is under there is going to take forever to be safe if at all. Let's hope they will be ok.

I was on the atoll and was told that the Iland of Runit would never be occupied by Humans. The radiation of the the whole Iland was too high because a test was detenated and the initiating explosive went off but the plutonium was scatterd all over the Iland without exploding.

it will make you glow in the dark

in this crater is contaminated soil and debris from the various islands. The U.S. government declared the islands safe for habitation in 1980. But you can still detect the radiation, and of course that the island will be not aliveable until 24 000 years are gone.
