This is the PUBLIC beach at Bass Rd. lake access. Ignore unauthorized 'No Trespassing' signage placed by abutting parcel owners on what is Crown Land.

Yes, recent OLS confirms boundaries of private parcels terminate far removed from the sandy shoreline and pathway from Bass Rd. ROW. These owners are erecting signage without legal justification or authorization.
