No Ainars, Im no master, just an amateur. This is taken with a 200mm lens, with some meters to the background and with an early morning sun. Im always trying to wait for a special light condition.

I completely disagree with You Sigmund! I know many peoples who just feed birds, but never take photos of them. If You captured this great view trough Your home window - this is evidence You are Artist by nature! And if You looking carefully and waiting hours for special lights, You are talented photo Atist who might be not used Your talent in full speed! :) Good luck You ahead! ainars

Tusen takk Ainars.. I am an amateur, and have never sold a picture. I just like to make pictures, and as good as possible, but may be you are right, maybe I should turn up the speed.

I do not divide amateur/professional only by sold photos counter. Pro presents often photos for free, but amateur services can be expensive, (sometimes)! :D

Pro are who calculate compositions, cares well on lights and colours, manage shutter speeds and so on. Also I count for pros, if photos are with double contents, philosophic, good ambiences, sharp in main details and so on.

Your sample fits in all listed categories! :)) Cheers -a

Ok Ainars.. I think I have an eye for lights and colours, and I know which way to turn the camera, so then maybe I am a miniPro.

Thanks Ainars!

Good contrast and lighting. Background nicely out of focus. "...its the same every morning" ?? You must be living in the Garden of Eden than =)

Sigmund Rise, on August 20, 2007, said:

Thanka Ruud! no, not Eden I think, just a normal garden, but in the countryside with many different animals/birds! :) This bird was nesting in my garden.

Greetings
