Oooo aye she's right grand.

So, last week a couple of us blokes are outside our offices here in Yorkshire-America and we're in the middle of this 'ere city a long way from water (pron: wa-ter) and this she-duck (see picture above) waddles up and looks at us as if she's going to join in our conversation about American health care or world domination or whatever it was we were jawing about.

Any-road-up, she looks at us for a bit, see we don't throw her an entry into our conversation or any bits of bread, so she waddles off and starts eating gravel from the gutter.

Very strange. I thought it was just our car-park goose that did this, but apparently not.

Regardless, I have finally plucked up the courage (thanks to you Peter) to post a few more oldish Mallard picks that you might find interesting.

I hope you enjoyed chapter 7 from my book of nonsense. All the very bestest from North Carolina.
