Greetings Marilyn, The thumbnail gives the impression of a B-horror movie with some poor beast being attacked by a mutant pile of grass. Nice to see that some of the old ways of farming are still around and haven't been mechanized away yet. Looking forward to your NZ and Aus. collections when you return. Will you be filing online and real time?
Oh, dear! Now that I look at the thumbnail, I see what you mean.
I don't know whether my husband's going to take his laptop on the trip. If he does, might have a chance to upload some shots along the way. I'm not taking mine--I have far too much historical research and writing on it to want to endanger it!
actually in tamilnadu nature greeting festival called pongal.for thanking sun god bulls, etc. which are helping for farmer for their agriculture.in the event of pongal.third day mattu pongal(bull pongal)
pongal-increasing,they thank the oxen and bulls by painting their horns and put on some accessories.they are also conducting jallikattu(ppl fight with and conquer the ferocious bulls)to show their heriditary bravery.
