I always put them in Windsor. I just tried to relocate this one. When I searched for Windsor the initial position was in downtown Detroit. Then when I put the marker at the right place and saved that position it said Detroit. I guess there's something wrong with map data defining the location and boundary between Windsor and Detroit.
