Very beautiful scenery Ian. Greetings Berend
It really is special to be able to share it with you, Berend, especially as I know that you have been in these parts!
Thanks very much, Jeff! Beautiful place.
I have been looking at this beauty for quite a while dearest Ian, reflecting about what on earth it may be that makes this picture so uniquely MORNINGlike? There is kind of freshness in everything I think, full of expectancy, every single grass waiting for a bright day....
Great profile photo by the way... if I was some years younger :)))
Bear hugs, Maja
A beautiful landscape. I like the colors.
Thank you Herta. At first I thought that the brightness of the morning had washed out the colour too much, but it still pleased me, so I posted it. I am sure appreciative that you like the colours.
Dear Maja. The elements that were waiting for a bright day certainly were rewarded. The clear southern sky barely inhibited the radiation, and UV was high all day.
I enjoyed the way the brightness paled the blue of the sky to tone in with the rock-flour coloured water, and the grey boulders on the beach. Then some gifted flower arranger had come and placed the lavender clumps of blossom all around.
The ground fog simply softened it all further.
btw, I borrowed the profile from some guy who is your age! But really old guys like bear hugs, too.
And what a beautiful morning it was. Bright, colourful, and joyous.

Very wonderful shot ！！！
Best greetings from China ！！！行者无路
Thank you very much 行者无路, and a very good morning to you. Lake Tekapo has water that appear light blue all the time because of the glacial rockflour that it contains.
Thanks for your appreciation.
