Well done!

Thank you Andrey. I thought it worked quite well too, on a number of levels.

Hallo David, This is a nice panorama too. Wel exposed and perfect stitch. When I am done with my Anarctica pictures I will download some sunny ones as well. I have come to this site since most photography site won't allow you to show them BIG, which is the only way to enjoy them.

Thanx for your comment one the Antarctic colors. Photography is "freezing" the real thing in my book. That does not mean that I never add a little bit of this or that, but always within reason and never use the fancy stuff that photoshop offers. I'll have a more extensive look at your portfolio, one of these days. Robert.

Thanks, But dont expect too much as I am inveterate snapper and don't take photography as seriously as you do. I do admire people who do take it seriously, but personally I'm too lazy and too much of a dilettante. Many of the photos were taken for purely personal reasons and I don't expect them to hold much attraction for other people.

I agree with you about BIG panos.. unlike ordinary photos panos can also be enjoyed on a different level, crawling through the detail, much as one would enjoy the Bayeaux tapestry, walking along it at a viewing distance of about 2 feet.(have you ever seen it? surprisingly small on the vertical scale) Some of the purists on the Panoramio forum do not share this view.
