What an amazing shot! I love the subtle colors of the bridge towering over the lights of the town. A very different perspective.
Thanks JF. I don't have much success with night photos - never carry a tripod, but I was experimenting with how long I could keep the camera still without shaking ... with laughter I might add :)))
Wonderful night shot Amelia! These long, colorful reflections look very spectacular. Many warm hugs :) M.
I really like your photo Maggie! I would need a face lift before I dared to put my own photo as my 'logo' :)
I'm pleased that you liked this photo, but in full screen it is easily to see that I was not still enough :)))
Therefore, I uploaded photo when I have the face behind the camera ;)))
It's ok Amelia, in middle size is very good :) Hugs!
Yes but it is OK at middle screen ~ I was standing in the spot you took this shot this morning dearest LGM ~ just missed you!!! xxx
Thanks Maggie, maybe I ought to put a note in the heading that says, "Do not open to full screen!" :))))
By a day and a half dear Nick :))
In fact I was absolutely still, but there was a minor earth tremor in Putney and Wandsworth. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it :)))
It often happens ~ makes a change from the horizon shifting anyway :))))))
I've learned to use the view grid application in Photoshop - I still get this lilting tilt to the left :)))
These Nikons must have an inherent fault! ;-)
Another wonderful night shot!
perfect night shot
best wishes, OLYMPIST
Very nice view in the night!!!
Un abrazo! Toni.
Very nice enquadre !! Best regards and greetings from pat.
Beautiful image of the colorful lights and reflection. Will be coming to London next month with my boyfriend who happens to be British. Meeting his family who are scattered about. And, he promised to take me to my birthplace for lunch. So excited and hope to get some lovely pics.
Fine night shot !
Best wishes ! Ion.
I thought that the lights went out in Putney yesterday as Wimbledon used all of the available power :))
I'm still inclined to like this shot :))
