This tower reminds me of a similiar one in the little town of Scituate, MA ( @ 421201.87N and 704519.43W )on the Atlantic, south of Boston, called Lawson Tower. It's named after a guy who made a lot of money in the copper markets in the 1800's and lost it all. His former mansion , which has since been turned in condominiums, is nearby ( @ 421211.01N and 704514.66W ). Check it out as there a few photos available in the area. Click on this one for example.
