Thanks for sharing, John. Luckily one of Thailand's oldest restaurants was not damaged.

Regards, Ah-Pong

Hi Ah-Pong.

This is my favorit restaurant, have been eating there over the last 40 years.

A bank nearby was burnt, and the fire was threatening to spread to Chandraphen Restaurant.

Your a right, I am glad the restaurant was not damaged. Thats why I have to eat "Kai Yang" (BBQ chicken) there last weekend.

You've been eating here over the last 40 years? That means you might be about the same age as my parents are. And yes, its "Kai Yaang" is a very famous dish. I've heard that "Tod Man Pla Graai" there is excellent as well. :)

555, you are right, Ah-Pong. I am not as young as you think. Thats why my profile picture was taken from the back, avoiding my "old face."

For those who do not speak Thai, "555" is pronounced as "ha ha ha." We should start this way of "e-laughing"

JohnMuzi It's a nice capture. When I see your picture in the icon I don't think you are an old man. Perhaps you are about 55, I guess so. Greetings, nguyentran

Hi nguyentran:

You are very kind. The truth is that I am over 15 years more than half a century. Taking my picture from this angle can make me younger.
