Global warming or just hopeless drains? Either way, this was what Robson Way in Sutton On Hull looked like on May 22nd 2006. I'm informed by a local that this was not the first time this had happened, and it has happened since. Perhaps not the place to be driving a low-slung Toyota MR-2?

Yep I live about 1/2 mile from the picture and the duff drainage is the problem. I Like to look at the bright side, free under chassis wash. Funny enough water can be used as fuel and exhausts water search google for HHO and browns gas. lol global warming.
