Someone suggested another location for this picture (corresponding to the actual location of the Allemansgeest restaurant). It is Panoramio policy however that the spot where the picture is taken (the point of view: opposite Allemansgeest on the other side of the Vliet in this case) is georeferenced, not the location of the photographic object of interest.
