Vasco, I am sorry I didn't realize your message earlier. Thanks for your positive feedback :) This is not as as hard as rock. But it is actually compressed ashes from the nearby very old giant volcanoes. Because it is kind of soft, it erodes easily by rain an wind and usually forms curved surfaces as seen in this picture . Ilginize tekrar tesekkurler. Gordugunuz buyuk beyaz "burun" :) eski yanardaglarin kullerinin birikimlerinin su ve ruzgar erozyonuyla sekillenmesi nedeniyle olusuyarlar. Selendi yakilarindaki dev yanardaglar zinciri sayesinde, bu ve benzeri yer sekilerine epeyce raslamak mumkun.
