Another very beautiful train. May I ask you, Peter, why you like trains so much? Do you work with them? Or is it your hobby?
Your photos are always very attractive, we really see this subject fascinates you.
Greetings from Switzerland,
Thank you so much Betty, you say such nice things!
You are right, I do love to take pictures of trains, particularly when they are in a landscape.
It also helps when you live nearby, and can go out to meet every one!
A lovely composition Peter and great colours, besides a wonderful subject ~ nice work ~ Best of and friendly greetings to you ~ nick
Thanks very much Nick,
Now that the railway is open to Pont Croesor, it does open up a few more photo opportunities, but a lot of places are 'off limits' in summer due to nesting ospreys.
Y** & BOP. Peterprivatebox Beautiful shot and locomotive. Tone
Thank you Tone,
Thank you for stars and BOP!
I had been waiting a few years for the line to open this far, so I could get this pic (and a few others). Always nice to have a bit of pretty scenery as well!
I forgot to mention that I had also Gold Starred this great shot too Peter ~ All the best ~ nick
Thank you Nick,
Interesting steam loco!
Hi Vadim and BEDRİ AKÇAY
Thank you both for visiting.
Vadim, the loco is a south African Garrat, and I have a few other pictures of it in my gallery, but in grey colour.
