Beautiful layers of color and contrast. And the added comments regarding your visit are always a bonus.

To get up earlier for taking such a wonderful photo like this one is worth. Beautiful colours! The sky is beautiful with these clouds! I like it.

Hi Julie and Theodore,

It is very special to receive special comments of appreciation from you both. Thankyou. Our New England is very different from the New England of the US, so the respective early settlers must have come from very different parts of England!

Kind regards,

Ian (in Sydney)

Man, I love your recent images in your new folio. They will need significant time from me. Forgive me for now, but that will happen. I have just added your latest folio to 'my favourites' so I will get there.

Warmest regards from Sydney to Philly.

I appreciate your generous spirit, Brian, thanks. And your SW work is colourful, artistic and really wonderful. I will get there in a week or so - we are coming to the end of academic year here, with graduation and all sorts of movements and needs crowding life at the moment. Be back soon.

Ian, how beautiful, and such a clear a poignant shot! Thank you for something caught in one moment in time that will never come again!

Ian Stehbens on April 7, 2009

Thanks for dropping in, LK, and finding this image. Yes, as we travelled it was obvious that it was going to be an interesting sunrise, then in this section where we were in open sheep grazing country it was possible to stop. And the tree was there just posing. Glad you appreciate the moment too.

How could I not? Your photo is just the type I love the best!

Ian Stehbens on April 8, 2009

Then LK, you might like this one from Dili too that is in similar mould, but has a greater significance for me.

Appreciatively and with warm greetings,

Ian

Beautiful sunset picture, amazing colours and very good shot Y*

Greetings from Poland Agnieszka

Ian Stehbens on February 20, 2010

Dear Agnieszka,

Thanks for your wonderful appreciation and Y*! It is actually a sunrise image. We were driving from our family in Queensland back to our home in Sydney then and had left very early in the morning. As I was driving I was watching the first light reveal this special sky, then as the colour appeared it was quite magical.

Kind regards,

Ian
