Gorgeous colours! Yellow star from me :-)
Greetings Polytropos, Thanks again for visiting the moon shot and your degree. This is a beautiful lagoon. I would love to retire to someplace like this.
Thanks Richard for visiting. Unfortunately this lagoon was affected by the deadly Tsunami on December 26, 2004. I have no idea how it looks now, but I hope that the people there have found the quietude again. I'm still dreaming of a wonderful time in Thailand and Ko Phi Phi Island.
Thanks Alan Knox (I used a polarisation filter.)
Beautiful picture! I love the way the colors shine out.
Beautiful colours polytropos, also a yellow star from me ;-)
Get diving equipment and lets dive from beach.
I did, AlexMatos, I already did, and it was wonderful. Once I will return there.
Wonderful placeand shot.I'll hope with you that they had not too much damage and are now quite again.
Very nice shot, polytropos !
(thanks for the tips on skin care!) :-)
WOW .. Beautiful Colors .. Amazing Place
I could live there !
It is actually even cleaner after the tsunami, I've been there twice since! It is just as beautiful and the coral is very clean following the waves. The only thing that is a bummer is the tourist population has exploded and it's always packed with people. I went 3 months after the tsunami and it was peaceful and quiet, then I went again in Jan. 07 and the crowds killed the beauty for me. There is construction everywhere and I doubt I'll return.
There's lots of other places with no crowds and I focus on them now.
This is where I would love to go to next trip. Heavenly
Cheryl Do it; your way is probably shorter then mine. :)
And I hope after the Tsunami catastrophe on 26.12.2004 it's still that paradise it was before.
Just one word for it. PARADISE
yes, Pogromca_kiszek, it really is.
