The River Avon reaches the coast at Bantham beach. These lovely boats were moored in the river next to Bantham Quay and I liked the spatial relationship between them.

fairly sure the lead boat is a Salcombe yawl called Delta of Aune which belongs to my brothers and me. The middle one is a Bantham Dingy and I think the last is called Endeavour and was built by Hugh Cater for Green Peace to row round Britain. Lovely shot!

Hi thisandmatt - yeah, I had a close up look at the high-res version. The lead one is Delta of Aune as you say, the middle one is Windja(?)mmer and the last is indeed Endeavour. I'm glad you spotted them :)
