On the Waterfront - Empire Sandy 200 ft Long (1943)

Selected for Google Maps and Google Earth

"The classic tall ship Empire Sandy". Built in England in 1943, the 200 feet long ship cruises Toronto Harbour and Lake Ontario, offering passengers the unique experience of sailing aboard an authentic Tall Ship, while enjoying a dinner cruise or other event. The 740 ton Empire Sandy carries up to 275 passengers. My old company rented this ship on two occasion for a night of dancing and dining along Toronto's scenic waterfront.
