Effective, to have the children give an idea of perspective, David, but where are their surf-boards? Wonderful photo. I like very much.

Regards, Brian.

Hello

Brian these kids just seem to come along as I was there. Good idea I thought. Great place to visit. Would love to come again after I have my knees replaced :-)

Anupam thankyou very much for your visit. Its even more amasing, when we were here we met a young couple who were from India and we got talking with them. Even tok a photo of them. Kind REgards, David

Hello Maria. This is really big and made of granite. My mother used to talk about this rock, because when she and her parents arrives in Australia in the mid 1920's from Wales England, they settled at a place not far from here called Kalgarin. Very dry place. They later walked off this farm and moves to the Porongurups 350klms further south. As I said she often talked about this place and just recently my wife and I came here for the day, but we should have stayed the night here as it was a rather drive home again, over 710 klms. Long way if a Panoramio member is stopping all the time taking that *never to be seen shot * etc etc :-) I am please you like it also. Kind Regards, from, David

Похоже апокалипсис настал!

Стеной идет каменный вал!

Но застыла волна на век!

Как беззащитен перед катаклизмом человек....

Natalia very nice to hear from you once again.Very pleased you have had the chance to see Wave Rock in my gallery here on Panoramio. We really enjoyed it here and was well worth the 350klm drive from home to get here. If you read some of the comments above, it will tell you, its a speacial place for me, as my mother would often talk about Wave Rocks as she lived with her family in this area in the 1920's when they first came to Australia from Wales in the United Kingdom. Thankyou again Natalia for nice words :-) I know Western Australia is vastly different to anything in Russia and other European countrys. Its a pleasure as always to share my part of Western Australian and my travels around this state with you and other. Poka :-)

Jam many thanks Janusz

Kindest REgards,David. Western Australia
