Fantastic sight. Veru goos picture. Good composition.
Looks very powerful - and it's a great angle!
Thanks, the verbiage. I actually think I cropped a bit too mich off the left. The stone on that side is a bit bland and didn't seem to be adding anything (in addition to being partly obscured by mist), but the results, now that they are posted, make it look like the waterfall is a bit crowded on the left, especially at the base. It doesn't quite bother me enough to go back an make another pass at it...probably one of the limiting factors in my whole gallery...accepting results that come short of the best I can do.
Aargh...well that is the last time I will vote before I send a comment...it lost it all! Oh well I will try again.
I am not sure but I think it is just fine. This view pulls the eye into the dark reflecting pools at the bottom and the rich colors of the right bank, on up to the rushing waters of the waterfall, and then on to the deep greens and bright blue of the sky. It seems that after you post it often looks a bit different or you see something you think you should have done.
I explained my voting rational on the lost comment...but I think I will spare you that this time:)
When was this taken? I miss that info on the extra information. I was wondering what the waterfalls looked like with the rain we have had this year.
Oh yes...I forgot to say Like!
Great Picture. We did not have a chance to visit this one, but we did capture a ton of waterfalls on our Great Lakes trip this summer! Enjoyed them thoroughly. Regards, Chris
Beautiful ~ a place I'd like to visit for sure!

I'd like to give a Y* for this majestic picture.
