This building ist part of the so called European Juice Terminal. It contains large tanks that are full of orangejuice - somtimes NFC (Not From Concentrate) sometimes from concentrate. The tanks will be filled by juice-tankers from overseas and then it will be carried by tank trucks to the bottling plants which are supplying large parts of europe with orangejuice.

I used to work there when I lived in Holland, this is just one building that is part of a large complex of buildings/warehouses that covers the land between Ijselstraat, Keilestraat and Veirhavenstraat.
