No, more like a Telecom station. It's actually the headquarters of Belize Telemedia Limited, the major Telecoms company in Belize.
Thanks David for your comment, now I know more about this Installation.
Actually, the way to tell is by looking at the TOP of the tower, not the bottom. All the bottom shows us is that it is a guyed mast, which is used by both telecom and broadcast. More and more you are seeing combinations. One example would be a tower that was built for a broadcaster, and has a cell-phone array part way up, and a fire-police repeer farther up. This sort of thing is becoming less unusual all the time!
gkiltz: Really, the only way to define which Comunication service is looking to the entire tower, on the top you can see which kind of antenna it support, there are multipurpose towers too, they have microwave links and broadcasting TV antennas in there, who knows???. Thanks for your comment.
it is the telephone company microwave tower use even by smart, the competing mobile telecomm provider, actually the picture shows the switching center that provision switching and routing even for competing telecomm provider, the network also provide carrier service for CATV providers for interdistrict connections
Thanks! ahken for your info.
