Fantastic sunset over Cardwell Bay, Gourock.

I think the position of this photo should be about a mile further East than you have it at present.

This Photograph was not taken from Lyle Hill. It was taken from the garden of a private house.

My wife comes from Gourock so I know the area quite well. I didn't think the photo was taken from Lyle Hill as the view is too low down and is quite close to the shore and the angle is not quite right. I see the football goals in the foreground, so Steve's house must be just above a playing field. I thought it looked like somewhere between Lyle Hill and Larkfield, rather than above Ashton or Cloch.

Sorry for making a fuss, but I like to see places I know well absolutely spot-on.

I really like the photo and have marked it as one of my favourites.
