Though I've been photographing waterfalls since I was a teenager, it wasn't until 2004 (six years ago) that I began to think of waterfalls as a worthwhile photographic study. After moving from the Rockies, there didn't seem to be anything worth replacing the mountains as a subject. Waterfalls saved me from that self-deception.

Thanks, Chuckels. Thought I'd go for an old standby this time, since we haven't had so much rain lately, and most other locations won't be so good. I'm also trying to get more shots of the more popular sites in Hamilton to work on a series of paintings, and I didn't have a lot of great shots of Great Falls! Later, Indy
