The windmill mark is still not at the right location. It is at 45 deg 21'58.19 N, 73 deg 51'09.24 W, in Notre-Dame-de-l'Île-Perrot. It is actually shown at the Chateau Vaudreuil Hotel
It is at the right coordinate in Panoramio. It will take a couple of months, I think, before the new position is reflected in GoogleEarth. Thank you for the information anyway.
