Greetings, Romance, and thank you so, so much for your generous words. I'm so happy that you also enjoy these old places. Thank you for the like vote. It's very good to see you, and I'm glad you stopped by. Wishing you a lovely weekend.

Good evening, Bruce, and thank you also for enjoying this charming little cabin. I couldn't agree with you more about the stories this place could surely tell. Thank you for your kind words and interest in these things that I capture. It's always a pleasure having you visit. :)

Hello there, Nguyentran! I am so happy that this darling cabin took you back to some of your fondest childhood memories. It does look like something that would appear on an old cowboy film. Thank you for enjoying it and sharing your thoughts with me. Happy weekend to you! :)

Greetings, Gabi, and how are you tonight? I hope all is well. Indeed, it was once beautiful, and to me, it still is. With age comes even more beauty! Do not be saddened, as it is still cared for and well loved. It is also constantly admired by the passers by, and photographed by crazy folks like me! :) Thank you for your visit, and may you have a wonderful weekend.

Thank you all again for stopping by and leaving a comment.

Greetings, Joy, and thank you so much for visiting. Yes, these places are fading away much too quickly, and it makes me quite sad as well. One by one some of my favorite relics have disappeared right before my eyes. The most we can do is photograph them while they're still here though, so at least we will have a little something to remember them by. Thank you for your great appreciation of the past and it's treasures. I am delighted that you selected this one for your favorites and also gave it a "like" vote. Thank you again so much, and may you have a wonderful, peaceful weekend ahead. All the best from Georgia, Mary Alice

Great shot Mary Alice! I love the way the house seems precariously balanced on wobbly stones. It wouldn't take much huffing and puffing by the Big Bad Wolf.

Good evening, Keith, and thank you SO much for enjoying this old home. I love the old wobbly stones too. They build Such character. Indeed, it wouldn't take much to blow this place down. It's a good thing the big bad wolf was only in fairytales!

I hope this evening finds you well, and thank you again for stopping by.

Fantastic! Another one of those lonely roadside cabins with so many stories to tell, I can't help but to wonder if it will ever see life again. You've certainly brought it to life though, I can almost feel its want for new life and enjoy the company of what it was made for. Or maybe it's content sitting alone to watch the world go by, sitting alone in its old age. Whatever it is feeling, I'm sure it's happy to be displayed for everyone to enjoy. :) Another one of your great shots seen by your sharp eyes! A very beautiful shot, I love the colors too! Well done my AWESOME friend! ;) A big 'ol LIKE for this one!

Greetings, Alfred, and thank you so much for your kind words. I'm glad you enjoyed this quiet little cabin. Thank you for visiting. :)

Greetings, Kyle, and how am I just now seeing your comment above? Wow ...... somehow I skipped over it. September 14th? Eeeek! Please forgive my delayed response. I'm so happy that you enjoyed this neat little cabin. I met the owners, and they were so nice. They live right there near the cabin and watch over it and keep it up. So neat, isn't it? I would love to have something like this on my land. Thank you for visiting and appreciating this gem. As always, it's great to hear from you, and I hope you have a wonderful weekend! Did you hear that NEEDTOBREATHE are coming to Atlanta the night before Thanksgiving? Guess who's going to be there? :) Eeeeeeeek!

Happy Saturday to you both,

Mary Alice
