Dear David,

I hadn't been this far north on Samosir Island before. I thought the distinctive architecture of the church and the chilli patch made an interesting photo. I will never forget my visit here. Gla dyou appreciate the scenery too.

Yes, Berend, they are chillies! The Indonesians love their chillies! Looks a little like a Dutch bulb farm to me.

The red chillies my be hot and bright but they don't make a colourful display like red tulips, Berend!
