I understand that this type of photograph isn't the usual Panoramio fare, but indulge me a little.... I just love this image and wanted to share. CoB
Ancsa, many thanks for your return visit to my gallery, and for commenting on the picture of my dog. As I said, although I have many other photographs of my dog, I just love this image. Lunch in MacCarthy's was as good as ever...
Best regards, Clive
Lovely shot, your dog is just beatiful. I also like the choice of BW.
Greetings from Italy, Marco
Really artistic capture Clive, conveys perfectly the awareness of the dog. LIKE it. Nice dog BTW :) Best wishes, Maja
You've really caught the feelings of both apprehension and curiousity perfectly! What a wonderful shot! Thanks for sharing :-)
Hi Mook, Thanks so much for your visit and for your comments about my dog. As you can imagine, the apprehension and curiosity wore off very soon and the snow was not as pristine as shown here for very long...! Greetings from the wild west of Ireland. CoB
ciao Clive, magic moment for your dog, greeting Federica.
This is absolutely delightful. I have a HUGE soft spot for dogs, so this is particularly appealing to me in every way. The snow is gorgeous, and I can clearly see the overwhelming intrigue in your little pups stance ..... one leg up and such a curious head! I love the subtle blurring around the edges as well. What a soft, beautiful capture of this magical moment! I LOVE it!
Greetings from the USA,
hello Clive! it is a bit surprising that you don't use to have snow up so norhtern places where you live(but I suppose it is becouse of the ocean and the warm flow close to you),
the dog is great! fine, nice shape..cute! :) (a bit like a marine foal, isn't it? :)
greetins, vv (Hungary)
..ti starà aspettando e si sta chiedendo cos'e questa cosa nuova bellissima :-)))???? Ciao, Roby
She was waiting and wondering, Roberta. Then , very suddenly, she ran round and round like a crazy dog, and the initial moment of curiosity had disappeared for ever. Thanks for your visit and for your kind comments. Best wishes from the west of Ireland, Clive
Hey Clive, a very good evening to you ~ did I say anything wrong in commenting on this photo?? Perhaps... if so, please forgive ~ it seems to me you have a special realationship to this dog ~ I didn't know.....
Nothing wrong at all from what I can see, Maja - the error is obviously mine for overlooking your generous comment. Please forgive me! Very belatedly, (like, two months late!) many thanks for your comment - and especially your like - on this shot. Poppy the dog (who is currently curled asleep next to my desk here)also sends love and licks. Best wishes to you as always, Clive
Some say a picture is worth a thousand words.
Thanks for sharing, all the best Peter
It's true, Peter, and also, my dog doesn't need words in order to speak!. Many thanks for your visit and comments. Best wishes from Beara, Clive
