Thanks Ah-Pong. This is one of the aspects of Asia that I love: the distinctive architecture in another stunning setting.

Thanks Geerten. My travels, like yours, are not all done yet. Glad you can enjoy the changing moods as well as the diversity of locations with me.

All the best,

Thanks also, Berend. I should have photographed a Dutch flag flying above a house just for you. There were plenty of Dutch football supporters in Indonesia recently.

It is like I have been voyaging on a great deep-sea canoe lately, Ahmet - from SE Asia out into the South Pacific. I am back in Tonga again, but at least I had 4 days at home on the way!

I am pleased to share some of these special places with you.

Respect and blessings,

Dear Marian,

From my end of the world, the classical architecture of Greece and the white buildings set against an azure sky and sea of the Aegean Sea are romantic, poetic and exotic. So it is wonderful that we can share through our respective galleries, each enriching the other. And yes I love this Sumatran landscape very much.

Warmest regards,

Ian Stehbens on September 19, 2010

Thanks indeed, Marek. Warm regards from Indonesia, Australia and just now from Tonga.
