Joyfotos - Okay, that answers my question. When were you down in Georgia? Next time, pay us and Mary Alice a visit. ;)
The man has a gun in his left hand, by the way. Thanks for stopping by!
Well Liam, I have been down several times through the years. The last time was when I saw the canons fired about 9 or 10 years ago. But it may be my last visit to south Georgia as my husband is now extremely heat intolerant...ie over 70F. But I do have a cousin that I grew up with that lives in Thomasville. We went by to visit her and her family for a few days on that trip. Maybe some year in about January:)
Cool. I think you've told me about your cousin in Thomasville.
January is a good time to come down here. The waterfowl are all still huddled together in their little (okay, definitely not little) rafts. There's no snow, and it can get pretty warm.
Well, if ever you come on down, just be sure to give us Georgians a heads-up. ;)
Will do! Thanks for the invite!
Excellent shot !
Very beautiful composition!
