If I had painted this I could have made a fortune? Perhaps not.

It's an absolute gem Peter ;)))...the concept of owning the worlds worst photo has a certain appeal..!

Surely, a very novel option here for setting up a unique and highly entertaining new group..Go on then, I dare you ~~~~ ;)

OH yes, for your honesty and good humour, a big LIKE

Best wishes!

Many thanks Jim for being the first to comment on my photo, and a like from God's Own County is worth a dozen.

Yes it would be great to have taken the World's Worst Photo, and come to think of it, it would be satisfying to know someone else had taken a worse one!

You have set the seeds in my mind; I have a dream to set up a Group that addresses a social need, a Group where people can come out of the closet and own up to a rotten photo. Being in a group of like-minded people could help in the rehabilitation and the return of self-esteem. Discussion would be actively encouraged.

Members would not actually need to upload a picture, just being a member would send a message that they are mere mortal snappers.

And of course invitations could be sent to the World's Best Photographers!

Just got to think about the description!

All the best Peter

Go on Peter;)) I cant've got to do it!

I cannot imagine a more popular group and I feel sure that it would be a total hoot!

BTW, if it happens you can depend on my help/hindrance as moderator ;))..Jim

What the ---- have you gone and done Peter ;)

I read the objectives of the group and had a right good belly laugh!!

Well it wont take me long to find some suitable images..

It's a case of being found guilty as charged ;))

Friendly greetings

I'll do you one better, I give it a big Golden Star!

Thank you Ken for the encouragement!

I will look forward to my visit to Oregon.

All the best Peter

Kenneth Kruse on October 19, 2011

Do you have plans to visit?

pedrocut on October 19, 2011

Hi Ken,

I really meant the visit to your gallery to see Oregon!

I went to the US in 1981, to New York and Florida, and have thought many times of going again.

Several times I have seen pictures of the coastline in Oregon that have impressed me, and stuck in my mind. I do not have any idea what the State is like Inland.

Best wishes Peter

Gotcha, I'm a little slow today, too much work :( The entire state of Oregon is beautiful for different reasons. Everything west of the Cascade Mountains is a lush green, to the east is a desert with a beauty of it's own. The Oregon Coast definitely has a rugged beauty hard to find in many other places.
