Beautiful picture, Ryan. The window makes a nice frame - I like it! Greetings, Anne

Thanks, Anne! (If you were wondering, my camera is straight, it's the wall that's tilted)

I enjoy both taking and looking at shots through a window, which is why I started the "Through a window" forum page. It needs a new shot. How about it?

I find the verticals and the various diagonals of this make for a very satisfying composition. Nice work! Marilyn

Thanks, Marilyn! I haven't tried many window shots in the past, but the reason I liked this spot is because it's shady in front, and brighter with a blue sky looking in through the window.

I'll take a look at your forum topic. Cheers!

I like this and I'm glad you took the photo. Why am I glad? I have been to Elephant Rock several times and I did not know there had been a engine house on the site. I grew up in this area. Have not been there for almost 10 years now.
