I looked it up in Boatnerd.com and it says: Liquid Bulk Cargo when it passed us in St. Clair. I found the description in boatnerd.com: "Liquid Bulk is a term that is used to describe any liquid commodity that is not being shipped as an individually packaged product. Oil for example, is sold in plastic bottles of varying sizes at the retail level, or in drums at the commercial level. The companies who fill the bottles for retail sale, get their oil in "bulk" shipments either by truck, train, barges or ships referred to as tankers."
