Hi, I am a native inhabitant of Safwan,and all the tanks dowm there were from 1991(Desert Storm),not the 2003 war.I do not know why Saddam Hussain did not remove it as it is a sign of defeat.I really hate this tank as it reminds me with the innocent people who died in these two wars;but it also reminds me with my hot town.
