How I miss this Marilynn, Santorini at night, it's one of the most beautifull urban night sights I have experienced. I can see a clipper and cruise line down at the see.

Great photo

Many thanks, Anne and Alex. Santorini at night really is beautiful, but somehow I overlooked this photo and never showed even to family and friends after our trip!

Cheers, Marilyn

This night view are great! Specially I love all sharp details in restaurant, like waiters, like guests and tables! :) Good balance in lightings. I think You used rigid tripod to capture this view!

Greetings - ainars

Thanks, Ainars. I can't remember whether I used a very small tripod or simply braced it on a railing and hoped for the best! I certainly didn't have a full-size tripod with me.

Greetings. Marilyn

Thank You for your detailed answer! I just wondered for methods how You get this great view.

For me, I believe I need only rigid tripod (no matter, tripod full size or just pocket version) to achieve such sharpness in every detail.

Good luck to You ahead to surprise Panoramio users with more wonderfull photos!

With best regards - ainars
